COMMISSION+ADOPT TOS (updated on 31/3/2016)

COMMISSION TOS

• contacting is done primarly trough notes or journal comments (notes preferred)
• i can be contacted with email as well, but please let me know via a note or comment if you prefer that way of contact
  
• i have the right to deny any commissions from users who are/have been unresponsive/abusive/etc in the past

• i only take payment trough paypal (USD, or in some special cases EURO)
• payment is taken after the piece is done and approved
• commissioner will not get the full piece before it has been paid in full, the version i show first is watermarked and has lowered quality to prevent non-paying customers to still use the finished image
  
• if a commissioner refuses to pay for their finished commission, they will be blocked from commissioning me
  
• as a commissioner, please have the money in hand when commissioning me if chosen to pay afterwards

• if the commissioner is unhappy with their piece, i can try to edit it to their liking within a reason other than "i don't like it" etc. however i will not redo entire picture without any kind of extra cost
• the commissioner is able to ask for a refund at any point but if the piece has been started and have a sketch to prove it, commissioner will recieve a partial refund and the unfinished piece. please remember that my time frame is usually from a few days to few weeks.
• if i cancel a commission that has been paid beforehand AND started, commissioner will get a full refund and the unfinished pieces if they want

TURNAROUND TIMES AND DEADLINES

• my turnaround times are usually around 2 days to few weeks, i will try to finish the commission withing a month
• if the commission is delayed, the commissioner will be notified as soon as possible about the delay
• if you have very strict deadline that's under a week from the commission date, please understand that i might include a rush fee
• and please let me know before hand on any deadlines you'd like me to achieve
  

• ... gets to see the progress sketch automatically on adult orientated work, reference sheets and customs. commissioner can ask for sketches/wip shots on other commission too as they are not automatic
• ... does not receive PSD or any other kind of layer file
• ... cannot edit the final art without discussing it with me first. if you need any edits done, i will see what i can do
• please note that bigger edits that were not my own fault (like error in markings, missing details etc.), will be charged for
  
• if you want to stay anonymous, please let me know beforehand. i have a public queue with commissioner usernames on it and if you wish not to be included, please let me know beforehand
  
• anonymously commissioned pieces are not posted unless commissioner specifies that they want me to post it

• i allow reposting images as long as you are the commissioner and i'm being credited/linked back to
• sites i allow reposting: furaffinity, deviantart, character sites (Weebly, Toyhouse etc.), ask...
• sites i don't allow reposting: tumblr, chans or boorus
  

• I OWN ALL COPYRIGHTS TO EVERY PIECE I CREATE. if you want the rights to the image, you will have to pay professionally for it, otherwise you do not hold the rights to the artwork. the art should not be distributed/reused/sold without my permission
• the commissioner can print out THEIR commissioned work for personal purposes, but please let me know first
• i ask you not to use my artwork for banners, thumbnails for music/stories/etc,
  

• any gender
• any species
• this means i draw furries (flat face and muzzled), humans/humanoid characters and feral characters*
• any sexual preference for clear romantic or adult themed pieces
• sfw or nsfw content (nsfw contect will be posted of FA only)
  
• some fetishes*
• darker themes withing a limit (self harm, violence...)
• my characters interacting with yours (primarily sfw only, inquire about nsfw)
• ask...

• bestiality or any type of feral porn
• hyper of any kind
• mecha/big weapons/vehicles
• babies/diapers/babyfur/ageplay
  
• overly complicated characters
• detailed backgrounds (working on it...)
  
• fanart (cosplay costumes/elements are accepted)
• ask...

ADOPTABLE TOS

• you may resell an adoptable i've made and you own for the price it was purchased for, unless there's commissioned work attached to it. please make sure that the artists you have commissioned allow their art resold with the design/adoptable
• you may NOT resell an adoptable you have acquired from a trade at any point
• you may NOT resell or trade a freebie or gifted design, you can only gift it away
• if you catch someone breaking these resell/trading/gifting rules, let me know as soon as possible
  

REPOSTING

• i allow reposting ONLY if you are the owned of the design in question, and please make sure you watermark any of the original files before posting to prevent thieves
• please do not post your original adoptable files drawn by me to any sites like tumblr (unless it's a strict character site/archive etc), chans or boorus

EDITING & RECOLORING

• please do not edit the original files drawn by me without permission, and i ask you to show the edits after the permission has been granted (let it be color sliding or marking edits)
• if you decide to, for example, color slide an adoptable i made and make it into a twin or sibling for your character, please let me know first so i can see if i can allow it. and if i allow it, please keep in mind that you can't sell or trade the two designs separate at any point
• i ask you not to heavily edit the original design so that it doesn't even resemble what it was before (heavily editing markings and colors etc). you can edit the design but please do not make it a whole new design
• you can change the species if the adoptable is not a closed species, but please confirm it with me first
